Refund policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Make sure that you proof read your order before placing it as we will print or process your order as it comes through. Please note that personalised items can not be returned, if we make a mistake with your order email us and we will send out a replacement.

We do not offer refunds, please check everything is spelled correctly and options have been selected that you specify correctly at check out as this is what we print or process your order to. If its found to be our mistake we will over a reprint of the specific item. Refunds will only be processed if item is faulty/damaged upon receipt, we must be sent proof of fault/damage before processing the refund.
