Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work.

Return Window

  • You have 28 days from the purchase date to return your item.

  • After 28 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags.

  • Be free from stains, fibres, pet/human hair, holes, tears, or strong odours (smoke, perfume, etc.).

  • Not be a personalised or made-to-order product (unless an error was made on our end).

Clothing: Must be complete with tags and in re-sellable condition.
Stickers: Backing must be intact and unused.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Heat transfer store items (covered by an 8-week warranty from purchase date only)


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours by emailing clvinyldesigns@hotmail.com with evidence (photos).

  • We will replace the item free of charge.

  • We will cover the return postage costs.


Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded once received and inspected.

  • Partial refunds may apply if:

    • The item is not in original condition.

    • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

    • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Always request proof of postage or use recorded delivery. If a return is lost without proof, we cannot process a refund.


Important Notes

  • We do not replace or refund items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions.
