We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work.
Return Window

You have 28 days from the purchase date to return your item.

After 28 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Be in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags.

Be free from stains, fibres, pet/human hair, holes, tears, or strong odours (smoke, perfume, etc.).

Not be a personalised or made-to-order product (unless an error was made on our end).
Clothing: Must be complete with tags and in re-sellable condition.
Stickers: Backing must be intact and unused.

Heat transfer store items (covered by an 8-week warranty from purchase date only)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours by emailing clvinyldesigns@hotmail.com with evidence (photos).

We will replace the item free of charge.

We will cover the return postage costs.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded once received and inspected.

Partial refunds may apply if:

The item is not in original condition.

The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Always request proof of postage or use recorded delivery. If a return is lost without proof, we cannot process a refund.
Important Notes

We do not replace or refund items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return conditions.
