Clothing Size & Care Guide

Finding the right fit is easier when you know your measurements. Use the charts below to choose your size before ordering. Sizes are a guide to the body measurement the garment is intended to fit, not the flat measurements of the clothing itself. Styles and fits can vary slightly.

How to measure

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waist, where your waistband usually sits. Keep the tape comfortable, not tight.
  • Between sizes? Consider the larger size for a looser fit. If possible, compare your measurements with similar clothing you already own.

Unisex Joggers

Relaxed everyday fit with an elasticated drawcord waist, soft brushed-fleece inside, side pockets and gathered elasticated ankle cuffs. Choose your size using the waist guide below.

Clothing & Embroidery Care

To help protect your garments, prints and embroidery:

  • Turn garments inside out before washing.
  • Wash with similar colours on a gentle cycle at 30°C or cooler, unless the garment's own care label requires otherwise.
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
  • Do not tumble dry; reshape and air dry naturally.
  • Never iron directly over printed or embroidered designs. If ironing is permitted by the care label, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat away from the decoration.
  • Follow the garment's sewn-in care label if it gives more specific instructions.
