Dispatch Times

• Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–5 working days.

• Personalised orders may take up to 10 working days.

• During busy periods, dispatch times may be longer.

• Need your order quickly? Contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm our current dispatch times.

⚠️ Please note: Dispatch time is different from shipping time. Shipping time is how long it takes Royal Mail or DPD to deliver after your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class services:

• 1st Class: 1–3 working days (not guaranteed)

• 2nd Class: 2–5 working days (not guaranteed)

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact us so we can help.

International Shipping 🌍

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Europe: usually 5–7 working days

• Rest of the world (Zones 1 & 2): 3–4 weeks

Customers are responsible for paying all import costs such as VAT, duties, and clearance fees.

Address Information

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.

• Mistakes in the address may result in your order not being delivered.

• If you spot an error, email us immediately so we can update it before dispatch.

Delivery Issues

• We receive proof of delivery for every order.

• If Royal Mail attempts delivery and you miss it, your parcel will be held at your local sorting office. It is your responsibility to collect or arrange re-delivery.

• If Royal Mail loses your parcel, you will need to open a claim with them — but please keep in touch with us so we can assist.

For international orders, please contact us if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping prices are based on official Royal Mail rates, calculated by size and weight. We keep our prices as competitive as possible to ensure great value for a reliable service.
